– Welcome customers (physically or by phone) and respond to them via various channels (calls, letters, emails, chat…).
– Listening, supporting and advising customers (prospects, policyholders or business introducers) to respond to their requests and offer them the yachting insurance and financing solutions best suited to their needs.
– Ensure a good understanding of the products, guarantees, rules, use of digital tools and, if necessary, guide and explain.
– Convert qualified prospects into end customers.
– Carry out the management acts punctuating the entire life of the contract.
– Process customer complaints and send them to the relevant departments if necessary.
– Contribute to customer loyalty.

This opportunity is to be filled as part of a replacement.

Reporting directly to Oriane, Customer Service Manager at April Marine, you will join our team in Les Sables d’Olonne.

– As soon as you arrive, you benefit from an integration process to help you take up your position.
– You work from Monday to Friday in an attractive setting, 500m from the sea and in the environment of water sports.
– You benefit from 23 RTT per year, restaurant vouchers, a parking card, mutual insurance covered at 100% for the employee, profit-sharing.
– You will have the possibility to telecommute up to 2 days / week (at the end of the trial period and subject to eligibility).
– APRIL Marine +: paddles and surfboards available, organization of afterworks (regattas and workshops with Sports Nautiques Sablais, events in partnership with sea protection associations, etc.).

You are …

You have at least a Bac +2 in Insurance / Commerce / Banking.
You can also use:
