We are looking for a CDI customer manager for our Regional Delegation of Nîmes – Avignon. The position is located in Nîmes.

Attached to the Regional Delegate, the Account Manager ensures customer development, processing and follow-up of customer files related to his sector.

In this context, your main missions will be to:

– Ensure the management of customer files: telephone prospecting, contracting, pricing, regularization, telephone and mail reminders.
– Monitor and update customer files.
– Contribute to the monitoring of defined marketing campaigns.
– Proceed to the recovery of programs for transmission to the head office.
– Ensure relations with its internal and external interlocutors, and in this context participate in particular in the information and orientation of members and project leaders (performance halls and festivals) in respect of cultural action.
– Welcome and inform customers face to face (including by appointment, potentially, outdoors), by email and on the phone.

You are …

– Training at Bac +2 level in the Commercial or Management field, or have significant professional experience in a similar function.
– Excellent interpersonal skills associated with a sense of pedagogy, customer service oriented.
– Qualities of rigor and organization combined with a taste for teamwork.
– A real ease in the use of encrypted data.
– Mastery of common office tools.
