That’s right. The hospital said they didn’t know that the video was leaked at first. However, there were several possibilities.
First of all, isn’t someone secretly installing this camera and filming it? I thought the same thing when I first heard this news. It turned out that the camera was officially installed at the hospital level. That’s why it wasn’t a so-called hidden camera. But even so, why and how the video was circulated like this is divided into possibilities.

These parts make the concern bigger, but the hospital has voluntarily installed this camera since 2017.
However, I didn’t force it because someone asked me to install it, but I did it for some kind of publicity. You are punished for the punishment of cameras, etc. under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Violence Crimes. But in 2020, there are new punishment regulations. In other words, simply watching is currently subject to punishment.
In the past, there was no punishment for such simple viewers, but according to the newly established provision on May 19, 2020, those who possess, purchase, store, or watch these illegal recordings or copies of the recordings are subject to imprisonment for less than three years. You can be sentenced to imprisonment of up to 30 million won or a fine of 30 million won, so accessing, browsing, or viewing these videos even out of curiosity is also a crime, so you should never do it.

What I mentioned earlier includes simple viewing. Even before that, the law said so-called distribution, etc., but of course, such acts as distribution, rental, provision, and exhibition are severely punished.

Because this issue has already been discussed in the process of amending the law. Therefore, if you look at the contents of the amended medical law, the storage device and the network are to be separated. In other words, you cannot install IP cameras. This is against the law. So, when the police saw the video of this incident, they crashed into the wall very quickly in the early hours of the morning.
Then I wondered if this was a sign of something strange. At the time, this husband made a statement that he was driving while drowsy. However, her wife died in a car accident, and her husband suffered a severe fracture because of the strong shock, and he followed the CCTV footage all the way. Then there is a scene where this husband seems to be dragging something wrapped in a blanket.

Therefore, it is called an autopsy. Autopsies include optometry and autopsy.
