With 40 days left in the April by-election, the People’s Strength Party approval rate rose and is within the margin of error.
In the weekly count of the 3rd week of February, YTN commissioned Real Meter, the approval rating of each political party rose 0.7%p to 31.8%, leading the way within the margin of error.
The Democratic Party followed with 31.6%.
Compared to last week, it was down 1.4%p.
The Nationalist Party rose 1.2%p to 7.9%, while the Open Democratic Party and Justice Party fell slightly to 6.0% and 4.7%, respectively.
In the areas of Seoul and Busan ahead of the by-election in April, the power of the people rose and took first place, while the Democratic Party fell side by side and ranked second.
The positive evaluation of President Moon Jae-in’s performance of state affairs was 40.6%, down 0.7%p, but remained in the 40% range for the second consecutive week.
Negative evaluation rose 1.4%p to 56.1%, and the difference between positive and negative evaluation was 15.5%p, out of the margin of error.
This survey was conducted on 3,010 voters aged 18 and over nationwide for 5 days from the 15th to the 19th, and the sample error is ±1.8%p with a 95% confidence level.
