TEXAS – Officers with the Dallas Police Department are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night during a concert that left one dead and 10 injured.
According to the report, the events occurred around 11:36 p.m. at an outdoor event between Cleveland Road and Lancaster Hutchings Road.
As a result, ten people were injured, including three minors.
The fatal victim was identified as Kealon Dejuane Gilmore, 26, who was found lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head near the concert stage.
According to preliminary information, one person fired a bullet into the air and then another person fired his gun into the crowd.
When the police arrived at the concert, they evacuated the rest of the people, although they explained that they did not arrest anyone and the investigation into the case continues.
Regarding the three minors, officials indicated that they were taken to local hospitals but their medical condition is unknown.
The reason the incident occurred is still under investigation by the Dallas Police Department.
