A 10-year-old girl from Wisconsin is purposely brought to the death of a six-month-old baby who died of multiple skull fractures in the last week.
The girl was charged as an adult but has not been identified by the authorities. Her case is likely to be heard before a juvenile court, but since she is at least ten years old, the prosecution had to start loudly before the adult court Minneapolis Star Tribune,

She appeared in court on Monday, sobbing into her mother's arms. She did not complain against the charges against her. She is in prison instead of a cash loan of over $ 50,000.
In court, the prosecutor's office described the baby's death as a result of a panic that turned into violence.
Wade Newell, district attorney for the Chippewa district, told the court that the girl accidentally dropped the baby, who had hit his head on a stool and started to cry.
"She panicked and did not know what to do and did not want to get into trouble," Newell said, "and then she stomped on the head of the 6-month-old child."
A statement from the Chippewa County Sheriff's Office confirms that the infant, who was also not named, died on Thursday from injuries originally inflicted on October 30.

It was just before 4pm. on the day the dispatchers phoned Tilden for an infant who was bleeding from head and face wounds.
Officers came in day care from a home where they found the infant, who was subsequently taken to a hospital in the area and then transported to St. Paul, Minnesota.
Specialists told the detectives that the baby's injuries, including skull fractures, "are consistent with child abuse, not by accidental circumstances."
In an interview with the police, the woman responsible for day care reported that she had observed six children, including the ten-year-old girl and the child.
The baby had taken a nap, the woman explained, so she ordered the kids to stay outside, so the sheriff's office. But the 10-year-old girl was seen in the house just before the bleeding boy.
Detectives have recovered a dozen items from the household that could hurt the baby.
The day after the boy's death, "the girl initially denied" intentional acts to hurt the infant, but later admitted his involvement, "the sheriff's officials said.
It was unclear whether a lawyer was called up for her on Tuesday.
