18-year-old flees from police on souped-up motorbike

The incident happened around 4 p.m. on Deutsche Strasse, as the Graubünden cantonal police wrote on Friday. The 18-year-old disregarded the stop sign of a police officer, drove just past him and fled in the direction of Zizers. The police followed him.

After a short time, the man left his motorbike and continued to flee on foot. The police picked him up in a meadow. An inspection of the motorbike revealed some technical changes. By installing a racing set, the two-wheeler drove over 90 km/h instead of the permitted 30 km/h.

The canton police reported the man.
