More than 6.5 million Turkish citizens living abroad will be able to vote for about two weeks as of April 27.

In accordance with the election calendar accepted by the Supreme Election Board, the voter registration in the foreign electoral roll was announced on the address ​​on 20 March 2023. According to the information obtained from the YSK, until April 2, 2023, during the announcement, citizens can use the “Overseas Voter Inquiry Page, YSK Mobile Application, e-Government Gateway or +90 444 9 975 YSK Call Center (some +90 312 area code from countries are dialed) will be able to check whether they are registered in the register.

The Consulate will serve on the weekend for the address declaration.

Those who are not registered in the foreign electoral roll or who want to update their voter registration, if they want to vote at the ballot boxes to be set up at foreign representative offices or customs gates, must apply to foreign representative offices and make an address statement within the suspension period (20 March-2 April). Citizens who are in the country during the suspension period are advised to apply to the nearest civil registry office with their passports.
