3-year-old falls to death from 11th floor of family apartment

The boy would have escaped the vigilance of his parents before falling into the void from the balcony or an apartment window.

A three-year-old child fell to his death this Saturday afternoon in Grenoble, reports the regional daily Dauphiné Libéré. After escaping the vigilance of his parents, the boy would have fallen from a window or a balcony of his apartment, located on the 11th floor of the Harlequin gallery located in a southern district of the city.

When the firefighters and Samu arrived, the little boy was in cardiopulmonary arrest. They immediately tried to revive him, to no avail.

An investigation has been opened by the Grenoble police to determine the circumstances of this tragedy and investigators must in particular hear the parents of the child.
