4000 euros for seller: ‘referral bonus’ higher than ever

According to Roozen, employers have been increasing the amounts for some time. “Where such a bonus used to be 500 euros, it is now 1000 euros. Sometimes it goes far beyond that. That sounds like a lot of money, but if you look at recruitment costs through a recruiter, it is much more.”

A large part of the employees of SuitSupply, a chain with more than 100 branches in 25 countries, now come in through an employee. Fokke de Jong: “We do it because of the tight labor market, but also to quickly find qualified personnel. We have many requirements: you have to know everything about styling, customization.
