68 best drone photos from last year have been announced by Dronestagram, and they are breathtaking

The fifth annual Dronestagram photo contest took place recently, with the winners just announced. Using drones to capture our planet from new and unique perspectives, the competition attracts thousands of entries from around the world, with the best of drone photography.

The first prize winner of this year was Hungry hippos by zekedrone, an atmospheric photograph made at a low altitude, with an abundance of hippos that happily hang together in a muddy water. With the quality of the entries at a historically high level and different categories including city, nature, people and creative, the jurors were faced with difficult decisions.
