The Montluçon auction house (Allier), rue Pierre-Petit will have the air of a toy store with a sale dedicated to children, Saturday June 25 around 2:30 p.m.
Old toys (dolls and their furniture, a dinette, small cars, military toys, etc.), children’s literature books (including several Bécassines) and above all a large collection of Lego Technic® will be auctioned by Maître Sylvie Dagot.
There are also small cars, dolls and all kinds of toys.
An estate at the origin of the sale
Of the 215 lots, the Lego collection represents 112. The auction house does not, however, know the origin of such a collection.
This is an estate. The gentleman who was perhaps a collector had no children.
Jewelry, coins and paintings before toys
This thematic sale will be preceded at 2 p.m. by another sale of jewelry and gold coins, as well as stamps and regional paintings.
Whether for the first sale (jewellery, pieces and paintings) or for the second (Toys, books and Lego®), public exhibitions will take place on Friday June 24, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 25, from 10 a.m. at 12 o’clock.
