A narrator told, during an interview with the “Al-Ajaweed” program broadcast on Al-Majd TV, the story of a man who borrowed money from his brothers to purchase a land in Jeddah and when he intervened in a court case and paid a debt to a man so that he would not be imprisoned, something happened that he did not expect. He said: “The story of a man who started his life as a simple employee, retired from his job and worked in the field of real estate, and began renting out shops and apartments, then his trade expanded greatly because of his keenness to honor one’s parents and do good deeds.
One day, one of the tenants of an apartment in his building in Riyadh told him that they had land in the north of Jeddah and asked him if he could sell or buy it. Pointing out that the man went to Jeddah to see the land and the deed, and found the land flat but very far away, and he went to the real estate offices in Jeddah to offer the land for sale, and no one has exceeded the price of 1,600,000.
He continued: “The man tried to collect the amount and borrowed from his brothers, and they bought the land for an amount of one million and 650 thousand, then he began to pay his brothers the amount. And he continued: “One day he went to the clerk of the Court of Justice in Riyadh, and there were two people in a dispute, and the judge sentenced one of them to prison because he could not pay, and the man understood that the amount was 14 thousand, so he wrote a check for the amount to rescue the person from the prison, for God’s sake, pointing out Until the person tried to find out his phone number or address, and the man said that he has a soul for your family, and I do not want anything from you.
He added: The man went to the office and received a phone call from a person offering to buy the land, for an amount of 30 million, so he agreed immediately, and his business expanded.
