Owner of the studio apartment in the residential area “Slaveikov” in Burgas broke the meter and shattered all stereotypes in the real estate market.
He put up a flat for rent for BGN 400 with social furnishings – a cast sink, balum and the emblematic for the last century, the orange Guber, which was a luxury for our grandparents.
The post on social networks, despite being from a brokerage agency, has blown up the space and has been gathering blooming comments for several days.
The ad states that the apartment is on the 2nd floor, in a renovated block, near the park. The building had an elevator, and the apartment was heated with electricity – with air conditioning.
“FURNISHING: fully furnished in a renovated block, LAYOUT: living room with bedroom, kitchen, terrace, bathroom with toilet; SQUARE AREA: 50 sq.m,” the ad also says.
Facebook critics immediately chased the owner and even reproached him for asking for a very “low rent”. Others advised him not to throw out the old furniture, because that way it would preserve it and the “smell of soil” would be destroyed, Flagman writes.
“Nightmare! The house of horrors!”, “Furniture from 45 years ago”, “Maybe it’s linoleum, but at least it has a laminate pattern”, “Why the tree, the plywood paneling and the orange gubber?!?
Why, why???”, “Looking at the furniture, the ad is clearly from 1975”, “Available in a few days because the grandmother is already singing to her in the other room”, crudely joked users.
How can you resist this offer?!
