Just 24 hours after taking office, Mohsen Adel, the new chief executive officer of GAFI, participated in a meeting with 40 investors, most of them Arab investors, to identify their problems and investment plans during the coming period in the framework of the monthly meeting of the Investment Minister with businessmen.

The Ministry of Investment seeks to create a climate conducive to both domestic and foreign investment and attract foreign investment further through communication with local investors and solving their problems. After the meeting, Mohsen Adel, Chairman of the Investment Authority, thanked the employees of the Free Zones and the Investors Services Center for their great efforts during the last period. Investors in their efforts to improve the work of the Authority, confirming their optimism about the ability of the Authority to attract investment and raise the efficiency of the investment process with all public bodies.

Investment Minister Sahar Nasr revealed that for the first time in years, the ministry has sought to expand its free and investment zones by establishing investment zones in Al-Saf, Al-Menia and Banha, in order to develop these areas and provide integrated services to investors.

In the same context, the Gulf Association in love with Egypt, signed a protocol with the Ministry of Investment to encourage Gulf investment inside Egypt.
