The boss of Aéroports de Paris made an impromptu visit to Roissy airport, as a "mystery shopper". On Twitter, Augustin de Romanet recounts his experience.

"I find it incredulous that there is 90 minutes of waiting for the arrivals of 2E"he laments, before telling the passengers he shares their distress. A finding "Unacceptable" for the CEO who says his group "Continues to mobilize so that this is no longer possible".

Bitter surfers

If Augustin de Romanet wanted to signify his solidarity with passengers who are experiencing delays, they did not hear him that way. They were quick to react, believing that they had not been heard.

"What is a pity is that you have to go in "mystery shopper" to see for yourself, tip a user, as if the innumerable testimonials of passengers "stuck" at the PAF controls had no value … "

Others criticize the management group, qualifying this finding " distressing " and "Late" of 'Joke' and qualifying the CEO of "Naive".

Augustin de Romanet defended himself on the same channel, claiming to receive real-time waiting times at the airports of the group and work to reduce them for seven years.
