Noting that “significant structural and sectoral reforms have been undertaken to make Côte d’Ivoire one of the major engines of the African economy”, Patrick Achi underlined that “the telecommunications and digital sectors represent nearly 5 % of our GDP, constitute favorable sectors for investments in this globalized world…”.

The head of the Ivorian government also declared that “the transformation of our agriculture is one of the pillars of the Pnd 2021-2025”. “We can no longer be mere exporters,” he said. This, in accordance with the ambitions of the President of the Republic.

It is in this that he recalled that “the Pnd 2021-2025 and our ambition for 2030 have a clear objective: to raise the #CIV to the rank of upper middle-income countries ”.

He also took the opportunity to pay tribute to the Head of State, Alassane Ouattara, who presided over the opening ceremony and whose vision he is responsible for translating into development actions.
