Most of us know what the Lord of the Rings characters look like from the actors who portrayed them in the movies.
But software engineer and artist Jim Clyde Monge decided to use Artificial Intelligence to present them just as they are described in JRR Tolkien’s books.
Jim Clyde explained that to make these portraits he used the so-called DALL-E 2, a new AI system capable of creating realistic images and art from textual descriptions.
To obtain the results, he introduced in the program the textual description of the characters that Tolkien makes in his works.
“I love the Lord of the Rings movie series.”
