– It was passers-by who must have found a person and from there alerted, says Peter Wikström, internal commander at the rescue service.
Both ambulance and rescue service went out. Later in the afternoon, the rescue service left the scene. Ambulance was still there and the police were on their way.
At 3 pm, the SOS alarm announces that the event has ended. The damage situation is unclear, but according to the SOS alarm, no person has been taken by ambulance to hospital.
On Monday morning, the police confirm that it is an elderly man who was found dead in connection with the incident. No suspicion of crime.
