Alec Baldwin returned to "Saturday Night Live" this week as the show tackled the madness that was the Kanye West Donald Trump meeting at the Oval Office.
The bit was opened with a CSPAN graphic that said the discussion included topics such as "alternate universes," "superman," and "flying cars."
Kanye, played by actor Chris Redd, immediately started a tirade in which he took the virtues of his "Make America Great Again" hat.
"Yes, that's right, I flew here with the power of this hat," he said.
Hall of Famer Jim Brown, played by Kenan Thompson, was "pretty nervous".
"I have a wonderful lunch to come to, but first I'm sure Kanye wants to make one or two short, clear comments," Baldwin said.
"Time is a myth!" Kanye screamed.
Voice prompts did not take long for Baldwin's trump to realize that Kanye was him: "Oh my god, he's black me."
"I played football with a leather helmet and my brain is still better than it is," said the fake Brown.
But Baldwin's trump still felt like he had left the meeting at the top.
"Remember the lesson of today, Blacks love me – much more than they love Alec Baldwin," said Baldwin.
Of course, the host Seth Meyers told only after the sketch the funniest piece about Kanye. He announced that he was there when the rapper made a guest appearance and they presented him with a sketch about the interruption of award ceremonies.
"That's hilarious because I do that," West responded, according to Meyers.
In the end, they made the sketch, mocking West's craziness. Meyers then broke the news that the sketch was in 2007, two years before he interrupted Taylor Swift in 2009.
