Trent Alexander Arnold, Liverpool’s back, qualified for the final match of the English Premier League’s “ePremier League”, after beating Raheem Sterling, Manchester City star in the semi-finals.
Stirling was on the way to victory after advancing two goals against Alexander Arnold, but the latter made a brilliant return from being late (2-0) to a draw (2-2), for the duo to resort to the golden goal and the Liverpool star scored in the next match.
Liverpool’s golden boy will play with the winner of the semi-final match, which will bring together Wolverhampton’s Diego Guetta and Burnett’s Dwight McNeill in the final, which will be played later in the evening.
The tournament started on Tuesday, when players represented their clubs in the knockout cycle, and their income will be donated to the #PlayersTogether initiative to support the NHS in England.
It is reported that the tournament urged everyone to follow the official advice by staying at home and saving lives, to limit the spread of the new Corona virus “Covid-19”, which caused the cessation of sports activity all over the world.
