Alitalia, 400 million from Delta and EasyJet – Ultima Ora

(ANSA) – WASHINGTON, FEBRUARY 19 – Delta Air Lines and EasyJet
could invest up to 400 million euros to enter
in the new Alitalia. The Bloomberg agency reports it, citing
sources aware of the draft plan.

Plan that will be discussed with Delta and EasyJet this
week and could be finalized by the end of February,
according to the same sources.

The Fs – according to Bloomberg – could have a share of the
30% of the new Alitalia, with a minority share of the Treasury
Italian between 15% and 25%, depending on the level of
involvement of other state-controlled companies, such as Poste
Italian.
