No tunnel, no jetty, no ramp. The Ghent city architect is wiping all alternative proposals from citizens for the Castle of the Counts off the table. The decision has been made: the castle will have a lift against the keep and a new entrance via an outbuilding. The location of that building is still open to discussion, thanks to one surprising idea.
