On Friday March 17, 2023, the municipal police of Chartres checked a moped driver traveling in the opposite direction on Avenue d’Aligre.
The 50-year-old resident of Lèves tested positive for narcotics and blood alcohol. He had 1.56 g of alcohol per liter of blood.
He was placed in a drunk tank, then in police custody. He was released at the end but he is the subject of legal proceedings.
