Sandrine Vigny and Patrick Jacquier from the “Autisme Arthur, Charly and Co” association.
It is organized by the association “Autisme Arthur, Charly and Co”, created in 2021 in Bernex by two Chablaisians, Céline Terrier and Sandrine Vigny, both mothers of autistic children.
This association has already enabled several families to benefit from practical advice and assistance. The two creators were quickly joined by many people sensitive to this cause. “Autisme Arthur Charly and co” is an active association full of ideas. On April 1, 2022, the first evening of the association was a great success with a concert by the Double-Croche choir and the presentation of other associations in the region. She also successfully launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds to finance the purchase of specially adapted beds so that children feel safe and can sleep normally. (An autistic child can wake up 10 times a night!). This bed comes at an extremely high price, 3700 euros, like most everything these families need. Since then, two other pools have funded ABA care for children.
This is why they are organizing, on Saturday April 1st from 6 p.m. in Bernex, for World Autism Day, a great evening of information and entertainment with the presentation of a song and a clip. video. This first part will welcome various speakers to present autism to the public present. The second part of the evening (which is free for all) will welcome the Parisian artist-comedian Laurent Savard. Laurent Savard is the father of a child, Gabin, who is autistic. His show talks about the relationship between this child and his parents in an offbeat and benevolent way. The musical entertainment for the whole evening will be provided by the Orchestra Fabémol whose musicians participated in the creation and recording of the song and the video clip. Meet at the Bernolande room in Bernex, made available free of charge by the Municipality.
At the microphone La Radio Plus by Michel Cart, Sandrine Vigny and Patrick Jacquier, from the association “Autisme Arthur, Charly and Co” for the presentation of the evening.
