Angers Loire Métropole grants one million euros to Podeliha for rehabilitations – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

Meeting on June 5, the Permanent Commission of Angers Loire Métropole allocated €956,950 to the lessor Podeliha, for two rehabilitation programs. €562,200 for the rehabilitation operation of the Ensemble Chevrollier, in Trélazé (197 collective housing units). And €394,750 for the rehabilitation of the Salpinte residence in Angers (144 collective housing units). The urban community participates in the financing of these operations in order to support the Local Housing Program and meet the needs for rehabilitation of housing completed at least 15 years ago.
