Annual meeting with the principals of the private colleges of Maine-et-Loire

Nearly 40 school heads were present for this annual meeting introduced by Régine Brichet, Vice-President for Education.
During this morning, participants were able to attend two round tables led by various speakers and devoted to the following themes:

  • The educational and pedagogical offer for middle school students proposed by the Department;
  • An ambitious digital plan that supports educational and pedagogical challenges and promotes new learning.

At the end of these workshops, Philippe Trillot, Diocesan Director, and Florence Dabin, President of the Department, recalled the links that unite private colleges to the departmental community.
The opportunity for them to highlight the issues around the support of students with disabilities, but also to address the news related to the rising costs of school catering in the private sector.
During her speech, Florence Dabin confirmed that the policy in favor of colleges must apply to all the establishments of the Department.
Florence Dabin notably mentioned the commitments of the community to support real estate projects related to energy performance undertaken by colleges, whether private or public.
The principals recognized the importance of this annual meeting and the interest of maintaining constructive exchanges on all actions in favor of Education and academic success.
