KEMPALAN: In addition to launching the MacBook Pro 2021 at last Monday (10/18/2021), Apple also launched its latest TWS earphones, the AirPods 3. Airpods 3 comes with a design that resembles the Airpods Pro and has a shorter stem than the previous generation.
The AirPods 3 are powered by the H1 chip and have speakers with a new custom driver mode. To improve audio quality, AirPods 3 are supported with Spatial Audio, Dolby Atmos, and Adaptive EQ which function to optimize sound output automatically.
Other features in the AirPods 3 are HD sound quality for FaceTime, a force sensor module for ease of operation, and is IPX4 certified, passing the water splash and sweat resistance test.
The AirPods 3 earphones use a wireless charging case that supports wireless charging with MagSafe. The AirPods 3 earphones have a maximum endurance of 6 hours for listening to music and 4 hours for talktime.
Apple claims that the wireless charging case has up to 24 hours of backup power for AirPods. When the user charges for 5 minutes with the case, it is claimed that the AirPods 3 can last to listen to music for 1 hour.
