Apple reports a series of flaws in the iPhone X and MacBook Pro models

The US company Apple announced on Friday on its website that some screens of the iPhone X model may experience touch problems, due to the failure of a component in the display module, as well as in the 13-inch MacBook Pro models there is a risk of loss of data due to a problem with the hard disk.

According to the statement, the failure in the iPhoneX can manifest as follows:

  • The screen, or part of the screen, does not respond or responds with intermittence by touching
  • The screen reacts even if it has not been touched

As regards the 13-inch MacBook Pro (without touch bar), the company warned that a limited number of solid state drives (SSD) of 128 GB and 256 GB used in the aforementioned device, have a problem that can cause the loss of data and the failure of the unit.

Apple said that the company or an authorized service provider of Apple will replace free of charge the defective components of the aforementioned devices.

Last Tuesday the company presented its new range of products: the iPad Pro, Macbook Air and Mac mini computers.
