In addition, the closing statement of the summit included many items dealing with various issues in the Arab world.

These issues included the Palestinian issue, the Syrian crisis, the Lebanese situation, the Iranian file, environmental and cybersecurity issues, and economic and social files.

It should be noted that the “Jeddah Declaration” praised the continuous efforts made by King Mohammed VI of Morocco in defending Al-Quds Al-Sharif and supporting the Palestinian cause. The statement also announced its support for the role of the Jerusalem Committee, which is chaired by King Mohammed VI, and the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, in defending the Holy City and the steadfastness of its people.

For its part, the League of Arab States is committed to continuing to work towards achieving its goals in promoting regional peace and security, and strengthening cooperation and coordination among Arab countries in the field of combating terrorism and promoting stability.

It will continue its efforts to support the Palestinian cause and work to achieve a peaceful and just solution that guarantees the establishment of an independent and sovereign Palestinian state on its territory, based on the relevant international resolutions.
