The 14th edition of this cultural event will be held in the city-prefecture from October 22 to November 13, 2022. This year, an (optional) theme has been chosen by the organizers. This is “Around the blue”. To be able to compete in this theme, artists must include at least one third of blue in the work produced. You will have to specify your choice of category (whether or not you compete in the theme) on the registration form. The deadline for submitting files will be Saturday April 30, 2022.
