Auga Group is changing its business model – it will also offer a franchise

Auga Group – one of the largest producers of organic products in the Baltic States – has presented a new business model based on the development of sustainable agricultural technologies, the organization of activities through a network of cooperatives and the supply of more sustainable food products.

Auga Group executive director Kęstutis Juščius said that farmers will be able to join 11 regional cooperatives and 21 technology centers from the second half of this year. This would provide farmers with access to more sustainable technologies, strengthen their ability to defend their interests and purchasing power, and make it easier to attract capital.
