“Bad” Posture Isn’t What Causes Back Pain, Here Are Its Real Causes

We have always heard it said that you have to adopt a “good” posture to prevent back pain: sit straight, stand straight, bend your knees to lift loads… But these tips are not really justified, explain to us physiotherapists from Curtin University, Australia.
