Basel: Basler invited to Berlin – Basel

The play by William Shakespeare takes the wedding of the royal couple of Athens as an occasion. But before that there are three nights, all of which lead into an enchanting forest. Titania and Oberon and the goblin Puck rule here. Potions and identities flow and partners change. The night in the forest overrides the laws of the day and everyone reveals their own dreams. A space full of new possibilities is created. With the Basler Compagnie, Antú Romero Nunes follows the very essence of theater – the use of the imagination, according to the press release.
