MotoGP, Bastianini is at Mugello
MotoGP finally recovers pieces. Indeed, Enea is back at Mugello in front of his fans Bastianiniwho has fully recovered from a broken right shoulder blade and has been declared “fit” by the paddock medical team.
All that was expected was the official return of the Beast, which yesterday published the official communications on the Ducati channels, thus anticipating its participation in Mugello. For Bastianini, the Italian Grand Prix is makes him the first nomination as the protagonist of the 2023 World Cupsince the accident with Luca Marini which had knocked him out happened during the very first race of the championship, the Portimão Sprint.

The Ducati rider had already tried to return to Jerez de la Frontera, taking part in free practice. The pain in the shoulder, however, advised him to rest again and not strain the bone, also because he certainly could not have competed for the first places. Over the past month Bastianini has completed his rehabilitation, returned to the gym to regain his muscle tone and starting tomorrow he will be running on the Desmosedici to pick up where he left off.

Even his teammate “Pecco” Bagnaïa he will be among the protagonists of Mugello: during the accident at Le Mans with Maverick Viñales, the world champion fractured his ankle which however healed during the MotoGP stop this month. Raul is also one of the “fit” runners Fernández (operated to solve compartment syndrome in the right arm) and Miguel Oliveira (fracture of the humerus of the left shoulder).
