Raipur – Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuya Uyke criticized BCCI for not inviting India-New Zealand to watch the second ODI match. The complaint is that the governor did not invite him to watch the ODI match held at the Shaheed Vir Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur last Saturday. Raj Bhavan will protest to the central government and BCCI over the incident.

The state government has clarified that it bears no responsibility for not receiving an official invitation to the Raj Bhavan. The state government’s position is that the stadium has only been given to BCCI, the organizers, and all other matters are BCCI’s responsibility. India defeated New Zealand by eight wickets in Raipur. With the win, India won the series.
