The first team of Al Ahli Football Club is suffering from a setback before facing Guinea's Conakry on Saturday in the quarter-finals of the African Champions League.

Al-Hayatra dominated the coaching team led by Patrice Cartieron, Badeel Mohamed Najib and Saad Eddin Samir, in a meeting after the duo was injured.

Carteron is a favorite of Ayman Ashraf and Ahmed Fathi to be on the defensive alongside Mali's Salif Coulibaly, but his chances are high.

Al-Ahly tied a 0-0 draw with Conakry Guinean in their Champions League quarter-final match at the 28 September Stadium. Red forward Walid Azzaro and Salah Mohsen lost more than a chance to score.
