Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez bought a villa in Beverly Hills for 61 million dollars, or HUF 21 billion, writes the Vg citing The Wall Street Journal. The living space on the approximately 20,000 square meter property is 3,500 square meters. The building has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, the property has a 12-space garage and pool, and an entire sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, and a boxing ring.
The purchase of the new villa can be said to be a good deal even compared to its high price, because the property was advertised for 135 million dollars in 2018, which was then reduced by the owner to 75 million dollars by March of this year, and in the end he did not even get that much for it. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez got back together after more than twenty years in 2021, they have been a couple since then, but they got married in Las Vegas only last summer.
