Al-Marsad newspaper: US President Joe Biden revealed his friendship with a 12-year-old girl when he was 30 years old. What caused a stir on social media.
Speaking about climate change, Biden said, “Everyone found out that there aren’t many climate change deniers after they saw what happened this year..but guess what..we have a lot to do,” then pointed to the crowd, and said in a low voice, ” You have to say hello to me.”
The crowd laughed as Biden continued, “We went way back in time…she was 12 and I was 30, but anyway…this woman helped me get so much done…anyway.”
The crowd laughed again, although not everyone who heard Biden’s informal remark found it very endearing, while conservatives on Twitter found it upsetting.
Conservative podcast host Monica Crowley commented: “As dementia progresses, patients lose their balance and tend to tell the truth…Biden: She was 12 and I was 30.”
