Service Center from June 1st at Karl-Lehr-Strasse 30

The BKK ProVita service center in Wiesbaden is moving. Therefore, the employees of the statutory health insurance company cannot be reached personally on May 31, 2023. From June 1st, 2023, the BKK ProVita service center will be located at Karl-Lehr-Strasse 30 in 65201 Wiesbaden-Schierstein. The telephone number remains unchanged at 0611 186 86-0 and the fax number remains at 0611 186 86-10.

The new Wiesbaden service center of BKK ProVita is only a few minutes’ walk from the Wiesbaden-Schierstein train station. It is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 1pm.
