BNP Paribas REIM France acquires two logistics platforms in Strasbourg

It is in this logic that BNP Paribas REIM France acquired, on behalf of one of its managed funds, a portfolio of two logistics platforms located within the Ecopark Rhenan in Vendenheim and the Neuhard business park in Eschau, on the outskirts of Strasbourg. The buildings acquired from AREFIM GE totaling 20,000 m² and delivered in 2021, are fully let to SIEHR and MENICON PHARMA, two long-term tenants of excellent quality.

For BNP Paribas REIM, this investment completes the fund’s portfolio while contributing to its diversification strategy, particularly in the logistics category within a market that has historically been undersupplied and resilient. As for AREFIM GE, this sale confirms its desire to keep its large thematic logistics parks as assets and to arbitrate the smallest independent assets.

“This new acquisition is perfectly in line with the strategy of the fund, which already owns several office and residential assets and which aims to offer broad diversification both in terms of assets and geographically. These two new and independent platforms are fully let to leading tenants, which should make it possible to contribute optimally to the performance of the fund for the benefit of our clients.” comments Carlos Camurça, Investment Director of BNP Paribas REIM France.

The transaction was carried out by CBRE.

BNP Paribas REIM was advised by Thibierge Notaires, by CMS and by Artelia. AREFIM GE was advised by Notaires La Wantzenau.
