The NCE network, through its branch in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, raises awareness among entrepreneurs in couples about the questions they should ask themselves before creating their business or, if possible, before getting married or entering into a PACS. – to protect themselves, especially in the event of separation. The matrimonial regime or the PACS regime can also have serious consequences on the fate of the family patrimony in the event of difficulties for the company.

The videoconference will be moderated by Céline Chwartz-Lair, Vice-President of NCE in charge of regionalization. Participants will be able to ask their questions live via a chat system.

“Beyond the choice of the statutes of the company, we strongly encourage the entrepreneur to think about the matrimonial regime or PACS which binds him to his or her spouse. An essential question too often minimized, which can have serious repercussions on the family in the event of bankruptcy and death or on the company in the event of separation for example. Our webinar will present the rules and tools available to entrepreneurs to protect their assets, their family and their business. »
