BOW requires investment of 29 million — idealista/news

The building Office 123, located on Avenida Duque de Loulé, in Lisbon, will be transformed into a residential development – o BOW. And between the acquisition and rehabilitation of the building, Prime Portugal Investment Advisory estimates to invest a total of 29 million euros. This is where the most expensive apartment in the country.

“BOW was acquired in 2018 from a real estate fund and, between acquisition and rehabilitation, Prime Portugal estimates investing 29 million euros in this project“, indicated the Castilian Real Estate consultant in a statement that the Lusa agency had access to. Forecasts point to the early 2023 such as the completion date of the project.

This is a project signed by the architect Ana Costa, in which they will be born 20 new apartments with types T1, T2 and T3 and a penthouse with 750 square meters (m2) inside and 615 m2 outside. Prices vary between 526,000 and 12,165,000 euros, the latter being the price of the most expensive apartment in Lisbon and Portugal. This apartment occupies the last four floors of the building, having ten rooms, two private pools and open views of the capital and the Tagus River, according to the Expresso.

A commercialization of all the apartments in the BOW building is running and in charge of the Castellana Real Estate. And yes there are several interested in the most expensive apartment.
