Bray Wyatt’s first post-WWE booking is WrestleMania week in Dallas

Windham Rotunda, the artist formerly known as Bray Wyatt, is currently working on an independent film project. However, he is still the subject of much speculation in professional wrestling. And now we have our first concrete sign that he isn’t leaving the company completely after his WWE release in July.

It is the one who will also put him in the middle of the world of wrestling, since it is during WrestleMania 38 week next spring in Dallas.

As the WrestleCon tweet put it, this will be the first true “WrestleMania week” since 2019. Over the past two years, the pandemic has meant that WWE’s flagship event has happened without hundreds of thousands of people. fans flock to the host city – and so without the dozens of other wrestling shows and events taking place in the area to keep them satisfied.

The industry is banking on a return to normal in 2022. WrestleCon, which online retailer Highspots has been hosting during ‘Mania week since 2014 (not counting 2020 and 2021, of course), is a traditional convention that also hosts performances by independent struggle. The highlight of their lineup is a “Supershow” featuring a mix of talent from non-WWE promotions and legends from the past.

We don’t yet know what Windham will be up to at next year’s Con, but whether it’s just a signing, Q&A, or something in the ring, it will definitely draw attention. a lot of attention.
