Breakfast chef (m/f/d) full-time (40 hours) or part-time in Dresden at Hotel Elbflorenz Dresden

The Hotel Elbflorenz, centrally located in the old town of Dresden, is a privately run 4-star hotel. It has 214 hotel rooms and four F&B outlets. These include our banquet & event area with a capacity of up to 400 guests, our Italian à la carte restaurant “Quattro Cani”, our hotel and breakfast restaurant “Il Giardino” and our lobby bar “La Piazza”.

For our hotel kitchen we are looking for a dedicated person breakfast cook (m/f/d) in full time.

Your tasks

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold breakfast dishes, laying breakfast platters and being responsible for setting up and dismantling our breakfast buffet.

You are jointly responsible for the implementation of our quality standards as well as the hygiene and occupational safety guidelines.

Their operating times are between Monday and Sunday from 5 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

You are flexibly available for special occasions.
