Brett Kavanaugh's record shows that the regulatory state should be withheld

WASHINGTON – The Senate will begin next week to grill Brett Kavanaugh, president of the Supreme Court of President Trump, over his legal philosophy. A look at his writings shows what senators are likely to find: a consistent push to slow the regulatory state.
