But it’s his fault, not his daughter’s“, assured the star’s attorney in a new legal filing, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and revealed by Varietythis Thursday, June 30.
In this new file, the star recently married to Sam Asghari blames her father “for seeking revenge by trying to intimidate the singer“, we read. According to the star’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, the latter would now try, and this “without any legitimate basis and in good faith, to make a false statement of his daughter, all in order to antagonize and intimidate her“, he says in these documents. Engulfed in the heart of this battle, against which “he can’t win”, James Parnell Spears would have “chose to rack up legal fees, abuse the system while trying in vain to rehabilitate his reputation“, according to the lawyer of the interpreter of Circus.
