Rainer Dullweber is leaving Bröing after more than 20 years.

A managing director leaves the Bröring Group. Rainer Dullweber changes to a leading meat processor.

Rainer Dullweber, currently managing director of the Bröring group of companies, is moving to Plukon Germany. The Bröring group of companies in Dinklage and Plukon Germany shared this information. Dullweber is leaving the company at his own request to face new challenges. The exact time of entry has not yet been agreed and will be “mutually agreed”, according to a press release from Bröring. Until then, Dullweber will “fully” take on his management duties at the family business for agricultural trade and compound feed.

The poultry meat supplier Plukon announced in its press release that it will join the company in 2022. Until Dullweber takes up his post, Niels Van Gestel will remain Managing Director of Plukon Germany, who has been running the company since January 2021.

With the company for 22 years

Dullweber has been with Bröring for 22 years. There he significantly built up the poultry feed business of Best 3 Geflügelernahrung GmbH and developed it into a “leading supplier of fattening poultry feed”, continues Bröring. In addition, as Managing Director Marketing and Sales, Dullweber has aligned the family business for the future in a division structure specializing in animal species.

By switching from Dullweber to Plukon Germany, both companies are reaffirming their cooperation: “Together with EZG deutsches Qualitätgeflügel wV we want to further expand the chicken value chain in order to grow profitably together with all broiler farmers and, in particular, to meet the increasing animal welfare requirements of the market”, says it by Bröring; Plukon expresses a similar view.
