Joining MaVilleMonShopping.fr means joining a growing company and a team of 50 people in the heart of Bordeaux, where good humor and a common desire to get involved in local commerce reign.

The post : BtoB marketing officer (target merchants and craftsmen) Permanent position, based in Bordeaux center (33), to be filled from June 2022.

At the heart of the Marketing division, the BtoB Marketing Manager works to set up marketing actions to recruit and retain local merchants, artisans and producers, marketplace sellers.

The main missions are:

Marketing strategy :
• Contribute to the definition of the marketing strategy of the target Sellers of the marketplace: recruitment, activation, animation, loyalty and retention strategy via:
– understanding the needs and the customer journey,
‐ the definition of the Online/Offline communication plan, content strategy and social networks, ‐ the creation of new product offers (services),

Communication et Community management :
• Definition of the communication plan and declination of online (push RS, display, SEA) and offline media • Community management: writing of publications (including design and videos), monitoring, moderation and animation of the community, monitoring of KPIs of Social Networks
• Management of print materials (kakemonos, posters, flyers, POS, etc.), from design to distribution • Follow-up of the setting up of trade fairs and other events for sellers

Content, Emailing and SEO Strategy:
• Definition of the editorial calendar of the different channels: blog, social networks, mailing, video design
• Writing and sending newsletters, setting up automated emailing programs (via SendinBlue), performance monitoring and optimization
• Writing articles for the blog (including interviews with traders, etc.) and white papers
• Implementation of an in-bound marketing and lead-nurturing strategy
• Basic work on SEO
Marketing of commercial offers to merchants:
• Understanding of sellers’ needs (interviews and customer studies)
• Participation in the design of new commercial offers (services to merchants): concept, creation of content and communication media (videos, brochures, etc.), communication plan for offers
• Promotion of commercial offers

Main qualities sought:

‐ Significant experience in B2B digital marketing/communication (minimum 3-5 years of experience)
– Knowledge of e-commerce is a real plus
‐ Autonomy and organization, ability to manage several projects in collaboration with the different departments (sales, product, customer success)
‐ Strength of proposal, curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit
‐ Very good writing skills, knowledge of SEO and the operation of CMS
‐ Good analytical skills and mastery of Excel
‐ Collaborative spirit and good humor
