Ensure the maintenance of buildings (administrative buildings, technical buildings or establishments open to the public): from daily repairs to partial renovation operations (roofing, frames, insulation, electricity, etc.) in the Faubourg de Béthune, Moulins and Lille Sud districts

Heritage monitoring and programming

Monitor the evolution of the state of the heritage and develop maintenance programs accordingly
Advise users for improvements based on expressed needs and technical or regulatory constraints
Ensure the adequacy of security systems with uses and regulations, develop compliance programs
Advise users and check the adequacy between the expressed needs, the desired products and the technical constraints
Common interventions, simple improvements

Follow the requests for interventions – write the purchase orders to the companies or work orders to the workshops – follow the execution of the works – validate the invoices
Monitor the lifting of reservations following the various regulatory checks in conjunction with the supervisors in charge of this work – check invoices
Building maintenance and rehabilitation

Manage substantial operations in project mode
Define needs based on a diagnosis or a request
Plan, organize, control, monitor the site, accept the works
Validate invoices
Ensure regulatory compliance of construction sites (safety coordination, town planning, electrical compliance, etc.)
Develop activity reports (financial, technical) and provide feedback
Set up and monitor the performance of contracts (diagnosis, project management, works, related services); drafting of technical documents (CCTP, plans, DPGF) and administrative information sheet, participation in the consultation, analysis of offers, drafting of performance and contract closing documents

Can act as interim head of sector in his absence
Participate in organizational discussions and contribute to the drafting of reference documents (procedures, tools)
Enter and update the information concerning the buildings in the LGP (Asset Management Software), contribute to the supply of numerous information perimeters

Business skills
Higher education BAC + 2 minimum or significant experience
Knowledge and/or experience
Different building techniques, construction economy
Construction standards and more particularly in the second work, town planning code
Safety rules for the conduct of construction sites (prevention plan, CSPS, diagnostics before work, etc.)
Safety regulations related to the labor code or establishments open to the public
Proficiency in CAD (Computer Aided Drawing: AUTOCAD)
Rules of the public markets
Consideration of energy, environmental and health issues related to the built environment.
